- Placement : Merek, Karo - North Sumatera
Job Description:
- Assisting in supervising operation for cold chain/ cold cell/ packaging in our Farm.
- Alignment between Harvesting team and post-harvest team.
- Export sales alignment between production, logistic and Export sales.
- Assisting in supervising operation related directly/ indirectly that will contribute to flower quality in post-harvest stage.
- Supervising and improvement of cold chain process.
- Inventory control of packing material.
