Job Title: Assistant Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: Concubine Lane, Ipoh, Perak

Salary: Basic up to RM2,000/month
Monthly Bonus & Commission: Up to RM2,700
Semi-Annual Bonus: Up to RM3,500

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage retail team.
• Handle cashiering & POS transactions.
• Manage stock, restocking & product displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
• Ensure smooth customer service and resolve issues.
• Support team during peak hours and promotional events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma.
• Interest in accessories, toys, or board games.
• Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin is an added advantage
• Confident in leading & managing staff.
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Able to work weekends & public holidays.
• Responsible, well-mannered, and a team player.
