Assistant Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Supply Chain to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Purchase Orders (PO).
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm prices, and follow up on orders.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare basic inventory and stock reports.
• Ensure procurement and inventory documents are properly filed.
• Support daily supply chain and purchasing activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
