Assistant Supply Chain Executive

Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time. This role combines inventory planning, purchasing, logistics coordination, and SAP system support to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and purchasing for local and imported products.

• Liaise with HQ / factory to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.

• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor confirmations.

• Serve as the key user and main point of contact for Supply Chain systems (SAP, FA-GSCM, MMEG).

• Maintain SAP master data and troubleshoot system/interface issues.

• Manage inbound shipments, 3PL providers, customs documentation, trade compliance, and freight insurance.

• Drive process improvements and support audit and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of supply chain, inventory planning, or purchasing processes.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, analytical, and responsible with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently with initiative and self-discipline.

• Team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
