Assistant Supply Chain Manager

ECCO Tannery (Thailand) in Ayutthaya, as a part of ECCO Leather Group currently is looking for a highly qualified and international minded individual to fill in the position as: Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities;

1.End-to-End Supply Chain Operation

• Design and implement a comprehensive supply chain operation that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Lead the Billing, AP/AR, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to harmonies demand forecasting, order replenishment, inventory planning, and supply capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to enhance performance and reduce waste across the value chain.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

2.Planning & Inventory Optimization

• Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels across all nodes of the supply network.
• Implement advanced inventory management strategies to improve cash flow and minimize holding costs.
• Utilize data analytics and predictive modelling to anticipate market changes and adjust plans proactively.
• Manage business target for KPI Forecast Accuracy % and Alignment Supply Chain vs Financial Forecast %.
• Manage Inventory accuracy in all areas that relate to customer demand.

3.Strategic Supply Chain Management

• Manage strategic supply sources to ensure reliable material availability, competitive cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead supplier and logistics partner negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and compliance.
• Proactively identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and customer commitments.

4. Logistics & Distribution Excellence

• Lead inbound and outbound logistics, including warehousing, transportation, 3PL, and customer delivery operations.
• Optimize logistics networks and transportation planning to improve lead time, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs, import/export, and international trade requirements.
• Manage and improve Supply Chain Cost as % of Sales in line with company targets.

5.Technology & Digital Transformation

• Champion the adoption and optimization of supply chain technologies, including ERP (Microsoft BC365 and SAP), Forecasting System, and Order management system (E-commerce system).
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and IoT to gain real-time visibility, improve decision-making, and automate processes

6.Customer Care Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the customer care team to achieve performance goals and service standards.
• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor customer interactions across all channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) to ensure service excellence.
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving.
• Analyze customer feedback, service data, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial. operations, product) to resolve customer issues and enhance customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience 3-5 years in Production Planning, materials planning, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP etc)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Forecasting accuracy and planning reliability.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal), able to communicate technical and operational information clearly across department.
• Presentation skills and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• International mindset and culturally adaptable; willing to travel for trade fairs and market visits.
• Meticulous and organized, with the ability to manage complex workflows independently.
• An agile, process-driven owner who thrives under pressure and proactively exceeds scope with a solutions-oriented mindset.
