Assistant Supply Chain Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, including accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment across stores.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and customer behavior to develop reliable forecasts.
• Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Working on the demand and supply planning cycle to develop business plan
• Proactively monitor product availability and daily operational activities; anticipate and identify shortages and excess stock risks
• Liaise with suppliers to fulfill the demand and supply requirements, and formulate solutions to minimize risks
• Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of supply planning, order processing and inventory management experience in FMCG supply chain management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Mature mindset, dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated with excellent Excel skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• More experience may be considered for Manager.
