Role & responsibilities
- Experience: 10+ years in Green Building Management for buildings, campuses or public areas.
- Mandatory: IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) Certification.
- Experience in IGBC certification, implementation and compliance.
- Manage Environmental, Sustainability & Governance (ESG) programs.
- Coordinate and monitor green building initiatives, audits and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and data management tools.
- Strong skills in reporting, stakeholder coordination and project management.
