Assistant Sustainability Officer

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Group's sustainability and climate change initiatives and projects across the Group.
• Assist in ESG data collection and coordination for sustainability reporting, ratings, indices, awards and benchmarking exercises.
• Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations, communication materials and management updates.
• Contribute to greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and sustainability performance tracking.
• Coordinate sustainability engagement and awareness initiatives and programmes for employees, tenants, guests and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of sustainability policies, guidelines, and training materials.
• Conduct research on climate change, carbon neutrality, and sustainability-related topics.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Sustainability, Environmental Science/ Management/Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, climate change or related fields will have an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Sustainability Officer.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools or ESG reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passionate about sustainability, curious, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
