Assistant System Engineer

We are looking for the key talents to join our team, a passionate and high-performing member that drives our service and platform to a better level. As Assistant System Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Providing technical support and handling daily phone-in and email enquiry

Providing professional Cloud infrastructure server operations, including routine maintenance, trouble-shooting, incident handling and system monitoring

Handling ad hoc tasks assign by supervisors

Professional Cloud Infrastructure Training and promotion opportunities will be provided, with coaching provided by supervisors

You are required to have:
Quick learner, team player - we love team work

1-2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome

Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline

Basic Knowledge in system backup and user support

Knowledge of Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS is preferable

Experience with Windows and Unix platform is an advantage

Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin

Candidates with more experience will be considered as System Engineer

Immediate available is highly preferred
