Assistant System Engineer - Network & Security

• Assist Team Lead ( Senior System Engineer )
• Report and actively update supervisor on project/work progress (team)
• Assist to manage and operate state office and report to head office for any update
• Assist to manage project
• Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Prepare installation/service report as required by of Project Manager
• Assist to prepare network design
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems & infrastructure availability
• Assist to monitor or and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with distributor/principal to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaise with vendors & other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Prepare installation or service reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
