Candidates will responsible for mainly white collar hiring and take support for blue collar hiring's from vendor

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from receiving the requirement to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with managers and coordinate the selection process.
• Negotiate salary and issue/coordinate offer letters.
• Handle background verification, documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage bulk/mass hiring, lateral hiring and campus recruitment.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
• Work toward recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-acceptance ratio and joining ratio.
• Support employer-branding activities and recruitment drives.
