Job role

• The core objective of this role is to manage and oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HRO operations for the assigned business/process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment and HR operations in line with organizational requirements and agreed service standards.
• The Assistant Manager HRO & TA will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals, managing day-to-day operations, driving team productivity and performance, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• The role will work closely with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, clients, and other stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, strengthen the talent pipeline, improve recruitment processes, and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• The role will also be responsible for people management, capability building, performance management, workforce planning, training, succession/backup planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
