Assistant T&C Manager

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes. Contribute to employee training and development. Ensure the monitoring of personnel administration and payroll. Participate in employee relations management and engagement initiatives. Prepare and monitor HR reports and indicators. Assist the T&C Manager in the daily management of HR activities. Ensure compliance with the Group's HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Active listening skills, team spirit, and a service-oriented approach. Fluency in French and English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
