Assistant Tax Manager

The Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing projects, ensuring compliance with US Transfer Pricing Regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of US transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and BEPS framework.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• Transfer Pricing Documentation:

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports (local files, master files, country-by-country reports) in compliance with US and international regulations (OECD guidelines).

• Benchmarking Analysis:

• Conduct functional, economic, and comparability analyses, including benchmarking studies using databases such as TP Catalyst, Eikon (Workspace) and Loan Connector.

• Client Engagement:

• Communicate with US colleagues to gather information, clarify queries, and present findings under the supervision of senior team members.

• Research:

• Stay updated on transfer pricing developments in the US, BEPS actions, and changes in local and international tax laws.

• Project Management:

• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
