Assistant Teacher

NJV Government Higher Secondary School is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom teaching and contribute to a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom activities and daily lessons.
• Support students with their academic and classroom needs.
• Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Prepare worksheets, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
• Monitor student participation and progress.
• Assist with assignments, assessments, and school activities.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and academic staff.

Qualification

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level qualification from a recognized institution.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant teaching qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1–2 years of teaching or classroom support experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
