Assistant Teacher

We are seeking responsible, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers in our authentic Montessori environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working with young children, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced classroom.

Assistant Teachers play an important role in supporting the Lead Teacher by helping maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment. This position requires full mobility and active participation in all aspects of classroom operations, including diaper changing, classroom cleaning and sanitization, meal and snack assistance, playground supervision, and direct interaction with children throughout the day.

If you are passionate about early childhood education, have a positive attitude, and are committed to helping children grow and thrive, we would love to hear from you.

Montessori experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
