Playful Learning is a warm, thoughtful, hands-on preschool environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, ask questions, and develop a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for a kind, reliable, and enthusiastic assistant teacher who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative teaching team.

  • Supervising children and helping maintain a safe, calm, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting work and play space for children
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to support a positive school culture

Qualifications include:

  • Experience working with young children
  • A warm, energetic, and enthusiastic presence
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
  • Respect for young children and an understanding of their developmental needs
  • CPR certification, or willingness to become certified
  • A willingness to learn and further develop your teaching practice
  • Early childhood education coursework or related experience is a plus, but not required

We are looking for someone who is dependable, caring, curious, and excited to make a positive difference in the lives of local children and families.
