Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Provide support to students with their learning and development
• Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Support individual students with special needs or challenges
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other teaching assistants to ensure effective instruction and student engagement

Requirements:

• Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards students
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the classroom environment

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to their educational journey.
