Assistant Team Development (Contract)

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and organizing project management plans to support overall project objectives
• Collect, track and analyze project data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance cost, schedule, quality and risk
• Participate in risk identification and management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure completion within scope, budget and deadlines
• Prepare cost estimates and plan resources required for project activities
• Participate in procurement and contract management processes, including documentation and approval tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the final deliverables meet customer requirements
• Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments and subcontractors to maintain effective communication
• Participate in project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify improvements and lessons learned
• Support the development and enhancement of work processes, tools and project management best practices

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Capable of analyzing problems systematically and proposing effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills – able to present information clearly and confidently
• Familiar with or willing to learn project management tools and software
• Motivated, eager to learn and passionate about developing a career in project and team management
• Willing to travel and work outstation across Peninsular Malaysia
