WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Help lead a team of 3–4 professional cleaners
• Drive the team vehicle and keep the day on schedule
• Clean alongside your team: dusting, backpack vacuuming, kitchens and bathrooms (all supplies and equipment provided)
• Inspect every home at the end of each clean to ensure top quality
• Coach team members to build their skills and consistently deliver top-quality results

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

• Supervisor or team lead experience preferred
• Infectiously positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Leadership skills to direct the team and uphold our 22-Step Healthy Touch cleaning system
• Physically able to move at a fast pace: stairs, bending, and lifting
• Dependable, pet friendly, and team oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
