Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader with experience in the remittance, exchange, or banking industry to support daily operations and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily team operations and targets.
- Monitor staff performance and customer service.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML procedures.
- Support and guide team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in remittance, exchange house, or banking.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good reporting and data management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 per month.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
