Assistant Team Leader

At Delhivery Limited, an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) for Last Mile operations oversees field workers, supports daily delivery center operations, and guaranties efficient package dispatch and delivery.
Important Duties

• Operations Management: Manage the distribution center's sorting, scanning, route planning, load optimization, and incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Team Handling: Manage shift rosters and keep track of attendance while supervising delivery executives, field workers, and vendor labor.
• Performance tracking: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such return-to-origin (RTO) metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and delivery success rates.
• Problem Solving: Manage non-delivery reports (NDR), address operational escalations, and address field-level delivery delays.
• Compliance & Reporting: Enforce workplace safety regulations and keep daily management information system (MIS) reports using Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
