Responsibilities

• Support apparel design and production teams by creating and maintaining detailed tech packs for printables, cut-and-sew garments, and accessories.
• Prepare production-ready artwork by translating internal designs into clean, vectorized, color-separated files optimized for apparel applications and screen-printing constraints.
• Create simple apparel graphics and manage trim files, including labels, clip labels, and heat transfers.
• Coordinate sample intake, logging, organization, and upkeep while communicating with factories regarding timelines, questions, revisions, and follow-ups.
• Track deadlines and production milestones, provide daily status updates, and help prevent bottlenecks and downstream rework.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in apparel graphic design, technical design, apparel production, or product development.
• Hands-on experience with Simulated Spot Process printing, screen-printing fundamentals, and vectorizing artwork for apparel production.
• Experience preparing artwork for screen printing, cut-and-sew garments, and accessories, with strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Proven ability to create detailed tech packs and knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing workflows, sourcing, and costing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, timeline management, and cross-functional communication skills; experience working with factories or external production partners and willingness to complete a craft interview.
