ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

About the role

As an Assistant Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support, product training, and technical solutions across various construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations to architects, contractors, developers, and distributors
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at project sites
• Conduct product training for sales teams, applicators, and customers
• Assist with technical specifications and tender documentation
• Coordinate with Laticrete Singapore/Malaysia technical teams
• Prepare site visit reports, technical reports, and recommendations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building materials / construction chemicals
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Able to read technical drawings and project specifications
• Willing to travel for site visits
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
