Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities        

• Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records;
• Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency call;
• Supervise and monitor the performance of other technical staff and technicians;
• Prepare tender documents and familiar with tendering procedures on engineering works;
• To prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client;
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure;
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 - 9 years working experience in property maintenance;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable and Safety Card;
• Knowledge in renovation works preferred.
