Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist to lead and supervise technical team in all aspects of building maintenance and upkeep of facilities and installations such as electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire services, air-conditioning and lifts and escalators, etc.
• Prepare specifications, tender documents and quotations for all operations, repair and maintenance works
• Provide troubleshooting on technical issues, providing advice, solutions & prevention plans
• Deal with internal and external parties on all operation, repair & maintenance issues
• Plan and review all existing building facilities and installations to enhance the life cycle
• Attend meeting when necessary
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Building Surveying / Building Construction or related disciplines
• 5 years’ working experience in building maintenance and improvement works; relevant experience gained from property management companies will be an advantage
• Solid experience in tender administration, service contract management, building renovation project etc.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Familiarize with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is an advantage
