ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, monitor and control premises improvement, upgrading and alteration works.
• Ensure all maintenance works are complied with the approved technical specifications and materials/ equipment.
• Provide technical services in dealing with daily check-up, building repair and maintenance, fitting out and reinstatement, premise improvement and renovation of commercial portfolio (including retail, supermarket, F&B, event hall and office).
• Responsible for vetting and comment on documents such as technical drawings and quotations.
• Communicate and liaise with contractors, suppliers, service providers and internal departments for follow up.
• Attend relevant project and site meetings and inspect construction site periodically for quality control.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Holder of Industry Safety Training Certificate and Registered Electrical Worker Certificate in Grade B or above is preferred.
• At least 6 years’ of relevant managerial experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
