• Lead and manage all technical aspects of garments production.

• Support operators with folders, attachments, and machine settings for improved efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and solve challenges related to sewing, finishing, and cutting.
• Ensure proper installation, adjustment, and maintenance of specialized machines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and IE teams to enhance workflow and output.
• Train and upskill technical staff and sewing operators when required.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years
• Education: bachelor of science (b.sc.)
• Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, garment finishing, textile industry knowledge, textile engineering, knit garment production, sewing machine operation, knit garment manufacturing
