Assistant Technical Manager **New Joiner Bonus $4,000**

Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting on technical & quality issues, providing advice, solutions & prevention plans
• Deal with internal and external parties on all operation, repair & maintenance issues
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for all operations contracts and R&M works
• Lead a technical team to control and manage the effectiveness and efficiency of facility maintenance works for office, retail mall and carpark development
• Plan and monitor the facility maintenance budget, schedule and progress, system upgrading & improvement works of above mentioned building facilities. (esp. for P&D and FS system)
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure health & safety, sustainable practices & environmental protection during the implementation of maintenance works
• Collaborate with relevant government bodies to study and formulate necessary policies with implementation plans for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Handle ad hoc tasks or assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 2 years at managerial level in property management field
• Professional membership of BSOMES or equivalent will be an advantage
• Solid experience in building services / electrical / mechanical / building operations, repair and maintenance of commercial buildings esp. for FS and P&D
• Well versed in Hong Kong’s building related laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
