Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Technical Officer (Builder Works)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and project supervision
• Supervising the quality of construction work
• Coordinating with IO and contractor
• Prepare maintenance records, quotation
• Attending meetings (e.g. outside office hour)

Requirements

• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent academic achievement with not less than 5 years post-qualification experience in field of building maintenance upon conferral of the above academic award.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager.
