ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER / SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years experiences in property management at managerial level (Grade A office building and shopping mall)
• Good communication skills with all levels
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on knowledge of PC applications
• In-charge and provide recommendations for daily building operation and maintenance
• Innovative to apply new technological and management skills in practical situations
• Self-motivated and able to work under stress
• Candidates with less experience could be considered as Senior Technical Officer
