What they need
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of a team of technical staff to execute daily repair and maintenance works, as well as monitor building E&M systems performance and energy efficiency
- Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects
- Monitoring and updating maintenance programme implementation
- Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts
- Attending meeting with clients and emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline
- Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
