What will you do?

• Manage the technical team to carry out repair and maintenance work
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance projects
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on alterations, additions, and major improvements
• Address owners’ and tenants’ queries regarding technical aspects
• Manage budget and control cost
• Supervise and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and comply with regulations and safety standards
• Oversee the performance of nominated contractors and enhance safety awareness
• Conduct regular inspection, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions
• Maintain ISO standards in daily operations.

Do you have a right profile?

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Membership in HKIS, RICS, HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in property maintenance, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Technical Services Manager
