ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER (Tenancy Admin & Nail Properties)

Responsibilities:

• Assist to lead and supervise staff in all aspects in general building maintenance and upkeep of M&E installations such as electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire services, air-conditioning and lifts and escalators, etc.
• Be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of technical services in industrial / residential properties
• Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing and major maintenance works related to MBIS / FSID
• Monitoring and updating maintenance programme implementation
• Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts
• Handling tenancy fitting-out work and plans vetting
• Attending meeting with clients and emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
• Monitoring the performance of services contractors
• Attend I.O. / O.C. meetings as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or related discipline
• Corporate Member of HKIS / RICS / MCIOB is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience with 4 years in supervisory capacity
• Familiarize with the requirements of Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Fire Services Improvement Direction stipulated by Building Department and Fire Services Department
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
• Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
• Good communication and customer service skills
