What they need
職責：
- 負責商場及商業大廈樓宇設施及機電設備之日常操作、維修及保養工作（包括中央冷氣系統、BMS、消防及電力系統等）
- 帶領前線團隊，督導及培訓技術員，並監察承判商之工作表現
- 處理緊急維修及突發事故，確保設施運作正常
- 協助管理倉庫物資，包括整理及定期盤點物料
入職要求：
- 具六年以上商業樓宇設施、中央冷氣或機電系統維修保養相關工作經驗，其中最少兩年為督導級別
- 持有有效平安咭
- 持有電工A牌或密閉空間作業相關牌照者優先考慮
- 具良好安全意識，能承受工作壓力，具領導能力和責任感
