The Assistant Tech Support offers various customer service and technical support services designed to enhance productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales support, including warranty and technical inquiries.
- Deliver technical support and conduct product user training or demonstration online.
- Respond to customer technical inquiries promptly.
- Perform quality checks on product test instruments.
- Maintain customer updates, track new business opportunities, and manage samples.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical
- Familiarity of Fluke products.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Test instruments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Work Location at Eastwood, Quezon City.
