Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Technician to handle computer and peripheral installation, basic hardware troubleshooting, smartphone assembly, component handling and quality checking.

Very Important – Preferred Certification

Candidates with the following certification/training will be highly preferred:

• ELE/Q4609 – Installation Technician – Computing and Peripherals
• ELE/Q3901 – Smartphone Assembly Technician
• ESSCI/NSQF-aligned Smartphone Assembly certification
• Basic Computer Hardware & Networking certification
• ESD Safety Training/Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computers, laptops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, printer and connectivity issues.
• Assemble smartphones as per SOP and quality standards.
• Handle smartphone components and PCBA safely.
• Perform basic inspection and quality checks.
• Follow ESD, safety and workplace procedures.
• Maintain equipment, tools and technical records.
• Assist senior technicians and resolve basic user/technical issues.
