What they need
Our client is hiring an Assistant Telecom Engineer to support their property management operations. Here are the job details:
Key responsibilities
- Preserve telecom and SMATV systems in commercial buildings
- Supervise vendors to ensure quality maintenance services
- Prepare repair tenders and issue work orders
- Handle tenant complaints and coordinate improvement works
- Monitor building system faults and coordinate follow-up actions
- Support BIM projects
- Coordinate with service providers and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist with system upgrades and ensure signal quality standards
About you
- Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Telecom Engineering
- MHKIE or equivalent preferred
- Grade B Registered Electrical Worker preferred
- 2+ years experience in commercial building operation and maintenance
- BIM knowledge is an advantage
