Assistant Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing tender submissions from tender invitation through to award, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Review and analyse tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements to identify project scope, pricing considerations and tender obligations.
• Source, coordinate and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare detailed price comparisons.
• Analyse tender costings and prepare tender reports for management review and approval.
• Attend tender interviews, presentations, clarification meetings and negotiations with clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants and relevant internal teams to clarify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the handover of awarded projects to the Project and Contracts teams, ensuring relevant tender information and commitments are properly communicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
