Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The role will focus on identifying potential business sellers, introducing them to the benefits of selling on Bikroy , converting prospects into paying sellers, and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.

Job Responsibilities

• Discover potential sellers through field visits, phone calls, and local outreach.
• Explain the benefits of selling on Bikroy and convince business owners to become paying sellers.
• Manage everything from the first meeting to finalising the contract and collecting the initial payment.
• Register new seller accounts, teach them how to use the platform, and input their details into our CRM system.
• Keep daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and records updated in the CRM.
• Work with internal teams to fix any signup or account setup problems quickly for a smooth customer experience.
• Identify new business areas or industries with high growth potential and share ideas with the team.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 year
• Education: bachelor of arts
• Skills: sales hiring, telesales, sales operations, corporate sales, sales management, sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, sales acumen, sales experience
