Assistant to Chief Software Architect – Intern

About the Role

Daloft Aerospace is looking for a proactive and organised intern to work closely with the Chief Software Architect in managing priorities, coordinating tasks, and supporting day-to-day execution across technical teams.

This role is suited for someone who is comfortable handling multiple tasks, maintaining follow-ups, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that priorities are tracked and progressed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and coordinating multiple ongoing tasks.
• Monitor priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, engineering, and testing teams.
• Maintain task trackers, action items, and progress updates.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on key action points.
• Identify pending tasks and communicate updates to the concerned teams.
• Support the Chief Software Architect in planning and day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in software, technology, or engineering is preferred.
