Key Responsibilities (Assisting Mobilization head to perform below tasks)

· Assign daily targets to the team as per course start dates and batch capacity

· Provide digital marketing leads to the team regularly

· Build institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community organizations

· Take daily feedback from mobilizers across India on outreach, leads, and admissions

· Conduct weekly online meetings with mobilizers to guide and resolve field-level challenges

· Create and maintain an online platform for transparent mobilization status visibility

· Run basic Meta/Google Ads campaigns as per approved budgets

· Obtain weekly updates on admissions and leads from cross-functional teams

· Drive lead generation from all training centers through trainer and alumni interaction

· Conduct regular field visits, workshops, and alumni interactions

· Regularly escalate and update mobilization status to Chairman and senior leadership

· Data Management and Documentation- Lead Tracking, Reporting Weekly or Monthly mobilization report to mobilization head

Performance Indicators

· Daily and weekly admission target achievement

· Lead follow-up timeliness and conversion rate

· Number and quality of active institutional partnerships

· Accuracy and regularity of mobilization reporting and dashboards

· Effectiveness of weekly mobilizer reviews and corrective actions

· Number of field visits, workshops, and alumni referrals generated

· Timely escalation of risks, gaps, and management support requirements

Educational Qualification & Skills required

Graduate in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Sociology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication skills. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and smartphone-based data collection apps.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, persuasion, and the ability to connect with youth from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned rural or urban clusters (having a two-wheeler is often a prerequisite).

1-3 Years

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidate with good skill sector knowledge

Candidate should have good analytical and data interpretation skills

Candidate should have excellent skills in Data Management Tools eg Excel, AI Tools

Candidate should have Strong coordination skills to organize ground-level mobilization camps

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
