🌳Assistant/ Trainee Arborist – Eastern & Inner Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne

Are you someone who loves working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to the care of Melbourne's beautiful tree canopy? We're looking for a motivated Arborist Assistant to join our small, friendly, and professional team working across Melbourne's eastern and inner eastern city suburbs. We are a pruning focused company with a reputation for high quality work and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position supporting qualified arborists with all aspects of tree care and maintenance including ground work, site preparation, equipment use, and clean-up. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in well-established suburbs.

What We're Looking For

You might be:

• An experienced worker looking to take on a steadier role outdoors, or
• Someone just starting out who wants to build a career in arboriculture, we can support the right person with further training and certification opportunities.

Ideal applicants will have:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness – you'll be active and on your feet every day
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A current full driver's license (Light Rigid license desirable, or willingness to obtain one).
• Reliability, safety awareness, and pride in a job well done.
• Current Australian work rights are required for this position.
