Your main tasks: 
Real Time Classroom Support: 
—Facilitate lessons as needed (20-30% of time) based on subject matter expertise and Trainer’s schedule. 
—Manage class level chat from Day 1 to mirror site’s production communication cadence 
Administrative Support: 
—Meet with Trainer daily to plan for the day and discuss class/Representative concerns 
—Partner with Trainer to schedule make-up sessions for classroom absences 
Managing Call Taking Real Time: 
—Review performance daily/hourly partner to create daily game plan 
—Respond to CSR’s questions and needs through chat as needed 
Transition/Administrative Support: 
—Communicate regularly with production Coaches to schedule call taking in pod and other transition items 
—Assist in preparation for performance reviews 
—Assist in daily huddle and debrief planning and delivery

—6-month tenure in current role with no disciplinary actions and great performance 
—MS Office Knowledge 
—English B2 (desirable)

—Experience as: Consultant (1 year experience), Tech Consultant (6 months) , Associate Coach (6 months), Assistant Trainer (6 months) and Mentor (1 year experience)
