Assistant Trainer - Special Needs Education

• Assist trainers in conducting academic and digital skills lessons for special needs learners.
• Provide individual support and guidance to students during lessons and activities.
• Assist in preparing lesson materials, worksheets, slides, and activities .
• Support students in developing their academic, digital, and vocational skills .
• Monitor students' learning progress and provide feedback to the trainer.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities and other academic tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education, Early Childhood Education , or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English .
• Able to teach and support students in basic Mathematics and academic skills .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Patient, compassionate, and comfortable working with special needs learners .
• Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Compulsory): Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Illustration, 3D Modelling, Programming
