Assistant Training Manager

How You Will Do It:

-Develop and manage comprehensive training programs across all staff levels, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and brand values

-Collaborate with senior management to formulate training objectives, guidelines, and program frameworks

-Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering selling skills, customer service, product knowledge, staff grooming, supervisory skills, and leadership development

-Conduct post-training evaluations and impact assessments to drive continuous improvement and ensure practical application in retail operations

-Manage training program quality, delivery & cost efficiency, and effective execution of training initiatives

-Integrate technology and AI tools into training design, including e-learning platforms, digital simulations, and personalized learning paths

-Support team coaching, training administration, and exercise budgetary control

-Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Operations, HR, Marketing) to embed training into daily workflows and staff development strategies

-Stay updated on industry trends, retail jewellery best practices, and emerging learning technologies to continuously innovate training solutions

What we look for:

-Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management, or related discipline

-Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail jewellery or luxury industry

-Strong knowledge of retail jewellery operations and customer engagement practices

-Proven ability in course design & delivery, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration

-Strong facilitation, analytical, and training delivery skills

-Innovative, detail-minded, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment

-Familiar with digital learning tools, video production, and AI applications in training and development

-Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

-Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer
