Role & Responsibilities
- Act as SPOC for the North Zone, driving sales, training, and field enablement.
- Drive AB capability, product penetration, PV growth, and leadership development.
- Conduct product, sales, and behavioural training with field teams.
- Improve training-to-sales conversion and overall business performance.
- Represent KeySoul and ensure consistent product messaging, grooming, and professional standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales Training / Field Sales / Direct Selling / Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Good understanding of sales and product-led growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North Zone.
- Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
This role involves travelling across 2 to 3 south state for field training and WFH when no session planned. Knowing regional language Kannada & Tamil.
