Assistant Training Program Manager

工作职责:

Mission 1

• Design Product training course: Based on the product strategy formulated by the marketing department and the sales targets of the sales channels, design training courses for enhancing product sales capabilities to achieve the sales goals.
• Formulate training plans for achieve business results: Based on the analysis of business results and market analysis, formulate a training plan for growing business, enhance the sales capabilities of sales people, and achieve sales results, mainly reflected on closure rate, recruiting new users, link selling, and increase customer loyalty.
• Carry out TTT courses to empower training executors across all channels

Mission 2

• Be a good model to present the Brand spirit.

Mission 3

• Any other tasks as and when required where deem appropriate.

任职条件:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2-5yrs of working experience on sales, training, marketing or other consumer related responsibilities
• Be proactive, persistent, and strive for success
• Logical and coherent
• Self-discipline and self-motivated
• Fluent in oral and written English is preferred
