Assistant Treasury Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage foreign exchange risks associated with international trade transactions.
• Develop and implement effective hedging strategies to minimize financial losses due to currency fluctuations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report on FX exposure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in forex risk management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of forex markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., FOREX).
• Proficiency in developing hedging strategies using various techniques (e.g., forward contracts, options).
• Experience working in the chemicals industry or a similar sector.
