About the Role As an Assistant Trip Leader, you aren't just an assistant—you are an active leader on our mission team staff. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership potential who are ready to take on significant responsibility, oversee ministry sites, lead participants, and gain hands-on experience managing a mission trip. Most Assistant Trip Leaders work either the first (End of May - End of June) or last (End of July - Start of August) half of the summer

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Ministry: Guide participant groups, facilitate devotions/recreation, build relationships, and communicate the mission's purpose.

Logistics & Operations: Assist with trip setup/cleanup, transportation (driving vehicles as assigned), meals, supplies, and daily schedules.

Team Support: Partner closely with the Trip Leader to ensure smooth on-site operations and support ministry partners.

Compensation & Benefits Pay: Set salary per trip + gratuities.

Fully Covered Living Expenses ($500 Value): All lodging, meals, staff training, approved recreation, on-site transportation, and trip-related expenses are fully covered once you arrive at your assigned location.

(Note: Travel/flights to and from the assigned location are not included.)

Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per week
